Shipping policy

We do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Yes! Even orders which miss the 1pm cutoff slot will be processed and shipped same day if our courier hasn't yet arrived to collect our parcels.

But our standard shipping policy is detailed below, if anything is unclear, just get in touch.

Standard Mainland UK (Zone A/B) Courier Delivery

Orders received before 1pm, Mon-Fri are processed the same working day on a next working day delivery service.
(But! If our courier turns up to collect our shipments later that day, there's a chance that orders placed after the cutoff time can be included in that day's shipments but this is not guaranteed).

Our couriers operate a next working day service but at busy times they may take up to 2 working days to deliver.

Orders received after Friday cutoff, Saturdays and Sundays will be collected by our couriers on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Although our couriers sometimes deliver at weekends, this is not guaranteed.

Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery for orders placed before 1pm on a working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed as if they were placed the next working day.

Due to our fast order turnarounds, once an order confirmation email has been sent to you, your order cannot be recalled or amended. If you wish to cancel your order, once it has been delivered, you will need to return it undamaged by following our returns policy.

Harder to Reach Areas

We offer free delivery for addresses within most of Mainland UK Zone A/B, but we do charge a delivery supplement for harder to reach areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. To keep costs down, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Please be aware that this service is NOT a guaranteed 2 day service.
Orders for delivery to these harder to reach areas may take 3 to 6 working days.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, a full refund will not be issued. As we will have delivered the order in good faith, a deduction for return postage and administration charges will be made prior to a refund of any remaining monies paid.
