Ostrich bones are leg bones filled with rich, tasty marrow, making them an unusual and exotic chew. Ostrich is a lean meat and a novel protein, so it's a good alternative for dogs who do better without everyday proteins like chicken and beef. Each bone is roughly 20–25cm long and made from 100% ostrich, with no chemicals or preservatives.

Lean and Low in Fat At around 2% fat, a lighter option than many natural chews.
Novel Protein A useful change for dogs who need a break from more common meats.
Tasty Marrow Centre The marrow inside gives dogs a delicious reward as they chew.

Feeding Guidance

Always supervise your dog when giving any chew treat. Do not leave your dog unattended while chewing.

Choose a chew suited to your dog's size and chewing strength.

💡 Top tip: when a harder chew has been worn down to a small piece, take it away and replace it with a fresh one. Small pieces are easy for keen chewers to swallow whole, so to avoid any potential problems, if in doubt, swap it out.

If your dog tries to gulp large pieces, take the chew away.

Give as part of a balanced diet and make sure fresh water is always available.

Not suitable for very young puppies or dogs with dental sensitivities.
